Our Minifog mobile extinguishes with water mist.
 The fine spray nozzle on the Minifog mobile has a much lower
throughout of extinguishing agent and can reach extraordinarily long operating
times than conventional water fire extinguishers. Despite the fine mist the
Minimax water mist extinguisher extinguishes from a safe distance, effectively
and precisely.
The fine mist of extinguishing agent means that
the surface area of water is multiplied many times. The fire is put out as a
result of the intensive cooling effect. In addition the water mist vaporises in
the heat of fire. This reduces the concentration of oxygen in the vicinity of
the flame; the additional smothering effect results in a particularly efficient
form of extinguishing. The small quantities of minerals added to the
extinguishing water form an effective barrier preventing embers from leading to
a re-ingnition of the fire.
The water mist extinguisher is available with
extinguishant volume of 3, 6 and 9 litre.
